 Finally i have developed S/PDIF to AC3/DTS Decoder Board. 

 Decoding Format : DTS/DOLBY(AC3)/DTS-CD/MP3/PCM

Used Main Parts : PT8501 ( AC3 Decoder ) , 
                           : Cirrus Logic  192 kHz 6-channel D/A Converter 
                           : Wolfson  S/PDIF MUX  
                           : LM4558 (Low Pass Filter )

    If I am connecting this decoder with my LG Blu-ray DVD player via optical Digital audio ,Will this decoder convert DTS 5.1 to true Analog 5.1 surround for amplification?
